I use Eric's Auto Service for all auto services. I use them monthly. The last time I took my car to them was on the 27th of October to put the battery in.

I have used Eric's for about a year now for regular maintenance, as well as for a new set of tires. Even with an oil change and ordinary "checkup", they were incredibly thorough, giving me very detailed feedback about my battery and brake life, etc. For my 60,000 mile service, a number of parts were ready to be replaced (hence the high cost of this particular visit), but they told me that I *didn't* need new brakes yet, even though I had assumed I did. As a single woman who doesn't know a lot about cars, I sometimes worry that mechanics will try to tell me I need unnecessary services. I called Erics and several other places to obtain estimates. Erics was one of the higher estimates. I obtained a recommendation from Angie's list, and from a body repair shop that I trust. The body repair said they exclusively use Erics for their mechanical work. I had the truck towed to Erics, the work was done as scheduled. Eric's Auto Service recently had to repair a tire. We had a flat tire and they patched it. The previous visit was for an oil change and we also had them check the clutch.

Sometime in May, I had an unexpected trip out of state and, being the cautious traveler that I am, preferred to have the tire pressure, fluid levels, etc checked.  He had only serviced my auto one time before but gave me an appt first thing the next morning so I could be on my way safely!  Great customer service each time. - Anonymous (5 star review found on Angie's List)
